April 1        The Spring Coordinator duties begin.

May 1
        Weather permitting, broken stakes are replaced, the new
plots laid out, and the string dividing the plots is put in place.

May 12         Weather permitting, the hoses are placed at the plots.

May 16         The toilet and garbage bin will be in place. The City of
Regina water meter will be installed and the water will be turned on.
The Spring Coordinator takes over monitoring of the garden phone
from the Registrar.

June 12  
       The Summer Coordinator(s) takes over.
               The weed monitor begins.

June 12
        - Gardeners with too many weeds will be notified that
  they need to clean up their plots.
- Set up signs in gardens that will be rototilled or mowed.
- Keep a list of bad gardeners.

August 14         The Fall Coordinator(s) takes over.
               - Remove strings.

October 2         Weather permitting, the City of Regina water meter is
removed and the water is shut off.  The garden hoses are picked up
and put into storage.

Oct 2 to         Coordinate with Wascana Centre Authority to have the
water
Oct 10         lines blown out.

October 10 - Thanksgiving Monday is the last day for all gardens to
  be cleaned up.
- Toilet and garbage bin will be removed.

After Oct
        - Gardens are tilled.
10                - Keep a list of gardeners who don’t clean up their plot.

Nov 1        - 2011 Annual General Meeting at the South Zone Leisure
