The South Zone Community Gardens
Located Near the Wascana Parkway & Grant Road in Regina, Saskatchewan
The South Zone Community Gardens (SZCG) are one of the programs that are part of the South Zone Recreation Board (SZRB).
The South Zone, Community Gardens was established in 1983 on leased University of Regina Property via The Opportunities Corporation (for
$1) with the support of the City of Regina through the SZRB, the Wascana Centre Authority  and South Zone Community Garden Founder,
Al Barthel.
These Community Gardens operate with the direction provided by the Garden's Current Volunteer Executive  
and the SZRB.
